Kathleen joined Strategic Employee Benefit Services of Tampa Bay in 2006. Most recently a Sales Operations Specialist with United Healthcare, Kathy's broad employee benefits background includes industry knowledge from the carrier, broker and claims perspective. Kathleen manages the daily customer service needs of medium to large size employer groups with new case installation, processing of enrollments and terminations, along with negotiating claims and billings issues. With her positive, professional attitude, Kathy is truly an asset to us and to the clients she serves.
